DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT
READ WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT NORTH SHORE

“North Shore Environmental Construction is the best.

Last Spring my wife and I listed our home of 35 years and pretty quickly received an offer which we accepted. Like all such offers this one included a contingency for a pre closing inspection. Well, to make a long story short, the Buyer’s inspection disclosed that unknown to us there was a buried heating oil tank in the front yard, oil in the underground drain tiles and abandoned oil lines still containing oil in the basement. I called NSEC and was immediately transferred to Joe Ozsuscik who set in motion a process to evaluate and remediate all of our problems. Literally within hours Joe had a handle on the problem and had developed a staged remediation process designed to clean up the mess as fast as possible at the lowest cost.

But a plan without the ability to execute isn’t worth very much. All I can say is when Joe’s  cleanup crew arrived in  a truck, custom built to flush out underground contamination with hot water and neutralizing chemicals, a truck roughly the size of a small submarine I might add, I was sure that not only could NSEC diagnose my problem they also had the resources, including equipment and manpower, to fix it.

And fix it they did. On budget and On time. The house is sold now and my wife and I have moved on. The new buyer’s report that all is well.

We can’t thank Joe and his colleagues enough. They salvaged our sale quickly and economically. I give them Five Stars and I’d recommend NSEC without reservation to deal with any  environmental calamity that may befall you.”

“North Shore really helped us out of a bind. We were working under an aggressive demolition schedule when it became apparent that we had a large mercury spill that needed to be cleaned up in a hurry. They were able to provide the complete package – from working with local and federal regulatory agencies to cleaning up the site. Their team was able to adapt to changing conditions and they worked straight through a cold winter. We were very pleased with their work and it helped keep our project on track.”

City Engineer
Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant

“During our upgrade of the Wastewater Treatment plant, it was discovered that there was mercury contamination on the property. North Shore Environmental was immediately brought in to help with the situation. They worked to remove all traces of mercury from the premises.

Throughout the project, North Shore Environmental’s staff was very professional. All the subcontractors working for them were excellent as well. The equipment employed and the process used was topnotch! While it was a situation no one wants to deal with, they made the process as easy as possible.

I feel that Keith was always well informed and in turn kept me up to date on where we stood in the project. Records and reports were always accurate, which made our filings with the state that much easier to complete.

Based on our experience, I would have no reservation in recommending Keith and North Shore Environmental to anyone else.”

“I would like to offer a sincere “Thank You” to all who helped out last week at the project site for our In Line Inspection (“pigging”) project.  The team worked irregular schedules and some long shifts to ensure successful completion of the project.  To conclude the work with “0” safety incidents highlights the dedication that each team member exhibited for working safely and watching out for the safety of others.  Representatives from both the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) and Integrys (WPS) visited the project site throughout the week, and I was proud to witness the high level of professionalism and know-how this team displayed to our industry colleagues.”

“North Shore completed a remediation project for URS in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. They were responsible for site preparation work, excavation and transport of over 6,000 cubic yards of material, and backfilling/site restoration. The work was completed efficiently, and most importantly, in a safe manner. The equipment operators assigned to the project were experienced which contributed to the efficient manner in which the work was completed. The North Shore project manager readily offered solutions as issues arose and kept the project on track. We would not hesitate to use North Shore on other projects.”

Paul J. Sklar, Project Manager

“We have used North Shore Environmental Construction for two jobs now, and on both occasions we have found them to be both professional and extremely capable. We enjoyed working with them. They came right on time, had all the paperwork in hand, the crew worked well with our people and they did exactly what they said they would do. No hitches. Additionally, we went out for bid and found that North Shore was the most competitive. We would highly recommend North Shore Construction for any job you may have. They are top notch people to work with.”

“Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude for your help in our time of need. With your offer of help and equipment, you have taken us one step closer to recovery. Your response to our needs at this critical time is a tremendous bolster to our seemingly feeble efforts during the long days following the fire. As you know, it has been a staggering task to recover from this event, but with God’s help and the prayers, support and assistance from friends like you, there is a light at the end of the tunnel as we make our way forward. All I can say is “thank you” from me, my employees and my family. May the kindness you’ve extended our way come back to you a hundredfold. ”

“Dear Keith,
I wanted to take this opportunity to reaffirm what I told you last Friday in our conversation regarding the above-mentioned project. I feel that your firm and particularly the crew you assigned to this project put forth an outstanding effort to make sure that we met our project goals and timetable. I was impressed from the beginning with the professionalism and positive attitude you and your employees brought to the task. Your crew members were responsive to questions and direction. They used their time and equipment efficiently and were flexible when on-site conditions changed. Under challenging time, coordination, and site constraints you all performed admirably. I would love to recommend your firm for work in the future. Sincerely, Leslie Williams”
