Project Summary:

North Shore Environmental Construction successfully removed PCB and heavy metal sediment from 120 feet of old brick sewer 30 feet below grade. Approximately 20 cubic yards of contaminated material was removed and disposed of at a TSCA landfill. Assistance was also provided in obtaining EPA approval and performing preliminary sampling and volume estimates prior to the sediment removal. Extensive planning and preparation, a focus on safety equipment and procedures, and on-site project management ensured a safe and successful project start to finish.
